An Illinois man was caught in Shreveport, allegedly on his way to have sex with what he thought was a teenaged girl he met online. Instead, James Coker met up with police at the downtown Shreveport bus station. Coker was arrested on a criminal warrant charging him with computer aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with a juvenile. Coker also faces federal charges for traveling across state lines for the purpose of having sex with a minor. The sting was conducted by the Northwest Louisiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and carried out with the help of several agencies.
