Longview Police have made an arrest in the city's third murder of 2008.
Police tell KSLA News 12 they arrested 22-year-old Timothy Joseph Baker of Longview just before 2:00 am Monday morning.
Police say on Sunday, Baker and 26-year-old Jose Angel Martinez Tovar got into some type of fight at the NuWay Convenience store in the 1300 block of South Green.
