Jailed Shreveport Pastor Goes Before Judge

A jailed Shreveport pastor met with a judge Tuesday morning.
Reginald Samuel is now being charged with second degree cruelty to a juvenile for allegedly abusing his stepson.
He is still in jail after being arrested back in November.
Neighbors say his 16-year-old stepson escaped from the house running across the street for help.
In december, Samuel was also charged with aggravated incest.
The boy's mother Mellisa Samuel, is also behind bars, also charged with cruelty to a juvenile.
