It looks as though robbers have their sights set on Circle K stores in shreveport lately.
Two more were hit early Friday morning.
The first happened just after 3:00 am at the Circle K in front of Academy Sports on Bert Kouns.
Shreveport Police tell KSLA News 12 the suspect walked in and asked to use the restroom. When he came out, he walked up to the cashier, demanded money and got away.
"The problem at this point that we've encountered is that with three other parking lots nearby, he could've had a car parked and been gone. What we do know is he left on foot. If he had a car, we're not 100 percent sure. We'll look at surveillance video to determine that," said Randy Patrick with the Shreveport Police Department.
Before police had wrapped up that investigation, they received another robbery call.
This one came from the Circle K in the 4200 block of Greenwood Road.
Police say the suspect walked into the store around 5:30 am and acted as if he had a gun.
He got away with about $50 from the register.
Police don't know if it was the same suspect in both cases or whether they're related to a third Circle K robbery earlier this week.
