High Speed Chase Ends With Capture Of Fugitive

A high speed chase in Bossier Parish ends in a crash and capture of a fugitive.
It all started just after nine last night on I-20 in Bossier Parish.
State police attempted to stop a truck for a minor violation , but the driver refused to pull over.
The suspect exited onto Louisiana Highway 157 and struck a vehicle head on.
The suspect, identified as Curtis Perrodin, was seriously injured and flown to LSU hospital.
State police discovered Perrodin escaped from a work release program in Franklin Parish and the truck he was driving was stolen.

    The Mississippi Highway Patrol is looking for a driver who ran away from the scene of a deadly crash in George County. Three children were killed in the crash. Troopers said a green 2003 Kia Optima was heading east on Highway 198, east of Depot Road, shortly before 4 p.m. on Saturday.
