A former Shreveport gun dealer has pleaded guilty to illegal possession of firearms and will spend 10 years behind bars. Ronald Amend pleaded guilty to illegal possession of an unregistered weapon. Amend is also facing one count of dealing firearms without a license and possesession of an unregistered machine gun. Investigators believe amend illegally imported a silencer, machine gun and other firearms from germany in 2004. Over 100 additional weapons were seized from his home.
