D.A. May Seek Death Penalty Against Mother Who Confessed to Killing Child

Bossier district attorney Schuyler Marvin says he's considering going after the death penalty for a Princeton woman accused of killing her baby.
The grand jury returned a first degree murder indictment against 19 year old Michelle Martarana.
The DA says the coroner's report states 19 day old Christine suffered head injuries far beyond what her mother has admitted to.
Police says Martarana confessed to throwing the baby causing her to bounce off the bed and land on the floor.
Her 11 month old son is in CPS custody, the DA says he was malnourished.
