200 Neglected Animals Seized From East Texas Puppy Mill

Hundreds of dogs were seized in a raid Wednesday morning in East Texas. Authorities are calling it one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they've seen. Upshur County Sheriff's deputies and the SPCA of Texas rescued more than 200 dogs and puppies from a property outside of Gladewater. The deputies say the dogs were being bred as part of a puppy mill and most of them are in pretty bad shape. 51 year-old Teresa Kay Dawson is behind bars, facing felony animal cruelty charges.
