Fellow, American College of Cardiology
Paul G. Cole, M.D., has been a practicing cardiologist since 1995. Dr. Cole was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette. He completed his medical training, including a cardiology fellowship program, at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. Dr. Cole also completed an Interventional Fellowship at the Indiana Heart Institute of St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the Nasser, Pinkerton and Smith Cardiology group.
Dr. Cole is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Cardiovascular Subspecialty Board in cardiology with added qualification in interventional cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
He has served as a staff cardiologist at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport and as an Instructor of Medicine at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. Dr. Cole founded Red River Cardiology at the former Bossier Medical Center. On April 1, 1999, Dr. Cole merged this practice with Cardiovascular Consultants.
Dr. Cole provides cardiology services at Willis-Knighton Bossier Health Center. At the Willis-Knighton Bossier Health Center, his office is located in Suite 450 at 2300 Hospital Drive on the fourth floor of the medical office building, which is west of the hospital building.
