Nutty Breakfast Spread

Breakfast is actually one of the most important things that you can do for your health. In fact studies show kids who eat breakfast actually do better in school. This spread can be used as a dip for fruit or a topping for whole wheat bread, bagel or English Muffins.

  1. 1/2 Block of low fat cream cheese
  2. 2 Tablespoons of Orange Juice
  3. 1/4 Teaspoon of vanilla
  4. 3 Tablespoons of chopped nuts
  5. Whole wheat bread bagle or English Muffin, or fruit

Allow the cream cheese to soften by leaving it out for a few minutes.  Add the orange juice, vanilla and chopped nuts to the cream cheese. Stir until creamy and easy to spread. Spread on bread or use as dip for fruit.
