Studies show the road to smart healthy kids starts with breakfast. This kid-friendly breakfast or snack is tasty and packed with brain boosting protein.

  1. 4 Tablespoons peanut butter (regular not reduced fat)
  2. 2 Tablespoons Marshmellow cream
  3. 2 Tablespoons honey (Diabetics can use sugar-free honey)
  4. 2 Cups Plain Granola
  5. Non Stick Cooking Spray

Heat peanut butter, marshmellow cream and honey in microwave for around 20 seconds. Stir in the granola. Garnish with fruit and serve. One cup is 5 grams of fat and 140 to 200 calories depending on whether or not you use sugar-free honey.
