Food in Five Pizza

Bar-b-que ham and pineapple pizza

The key with pizza is the right toppings and the right serving size. Try to have no more than two slices of pizza. The best choices of course are fruits and vegetables. Don't be afraid to experiment and spice it up with different vegetables than onions and peppers. Try spinach, artichokes, tomatoes etc. Stick to low-fat meats. Canadian bacon is your best bet but you can find low-fat turkey or chicken pepperoni at your local grocery store. WATch the cheese. It's were a lot of people mess up. Use low-fat mozzarella or cheddar made with 2 percent milk, also found at your local grocery store.
