Magnificent Mandarin Chicken Salad
This quick and easy salad will take less than to prepare than waiting in line at a fast food restaurant, but it tastes just as good! Remember the most harmful ingredients in a salad are the dressing and anything crunchy. Choose nuts, which have good fat, over bacon bits or croutons which contain a lot of bad fat. Also, go for a light dressing. If light is not available go for the clearest dressing available. Avoid creamy dressings.
- 1 package spring greens
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 package of pre-cooked chicken strips
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- ¼ - ½ cup light raspberry vinegar dressing
