Shelly Marie, "Absolutely. The first thing we want to talk about when it come to any type of Mexican restaurant whether it's Taco Bell or Taco Bueno anywhere you're at is the type of shell. Those hard shells are fried so that's the first thing we want to shy away from. That doesn't mean that all the soft tortillas are quite well and that includes our quesadillas. Just your regular cheese quesadillas has around 55 grams of fat. That's really not a lot of food if you think about it because most of us order the quesadillas. We might get two additional tacos and our soda so we're looking at a lot of calories. We have to remember what makes this a high fat food is the cheese, the sour creams all the toppings we add on. Just a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, guacamole, cheese could be around 45 grams of fat which we don't want. What do I usually tell people to order when they do go to any type of Mexican restaurant is a soft type of Taco. My favorite one is more the bean burrito. Usually has a little bit of cheese we're looking at around 10 grams of fat and 370 calories which is a nice exchange. You can also have a chicken soft taco. Ask them to limit the cheese or put no cheese on it. So if you do maybe two chicken soft tacos without cheese and a bean burrito. You're looking at a meal that might have around 35 grams fat which still is a little escalated but it's so much better than the quesadilla"
