Food in Five Speedy Chicken Stir-fry

Speedy Chicken Stir-fry:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 package of mixed frozen vegetables

10 ounces of chicken (pre cooked/sliced)

1/4 cup light soy sauce

1 package of minute rice (microwave)

1. Heat oil in skillet.

2. Add chicken, cook for 3-5 minutes (cook longer if chicken is not precooked)

3. Add vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.

4. While vegetalbes are cooking, prepare rice in microwave.

5. Add soy sauce.

6. Serve stir fry with rice.
