I love grilling out. Not only is it healthy, the clean up is a snap! Here are some Daily Shortcuts to keep your grill really clean.
To clean your grill on a regular basis, try this. While it's warming up, rub the surface with a tool like this...one with steel wool. If you don't have a tool like this, you can use a ball of scrunched up aluminum foil. This will scrub off any food residue left from the last time you used the grill. If you grill needs a deep cleaning, completely wrap the rack with a layer of aluminum foil. Either heat up the coals or turn the grill on high for about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool, remove the foil, then rub the rack with a tool like this, or a ball of aluminum foil.
Keeping your grill clean will help food taste better and prevent it from sticking to the rack. Happy grilling!
