This is a great breakfast alternative to regular cereal and milk!

 

Shopping tips:

  • Look for cereal that has at least 5 grams fiber

 

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup low fat yogurt

1 cup high fiber cereal

2 parfait glasses

 

  1. Layer cereal, yogurt and cereal in parfait glasses.
  2. Serve!
