Cottontail Easter Cake

This is a healthy version of a cheesecake is sure to be a hit this Easter.  With this version, we save approximately 15 grams of fat. 

 

1 package of light cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 container of fat free, sugar free cool whip

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 gram cracker crust

Light chocolate syrup to taste.

 

  1. class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in">Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer.  Stir in whipped topping.  Spoon in blueberries.  Spoon into crust.
