Food in Five Cottontail Easter Cake

Cottontail Easter Cake

 

This is a healthy version of a cheesecake is sure to be a hit this Easter.  With this version, we save approximately 15 grams of fat. 

 

1 package of light cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 container of fat free, sugar free cool whip

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 gram cracker crust

Light chocolate syrup to taste.

 

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer.  Stir in whipped topping.  Spoon in blueberries.  Spoon into crust.
  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Decorate with chocolate syrup!
  4. Serve and enjoy.
