The Abs diet promotes the use of peanut butter. Instead of sticking to boring peanut butter sandwiches – mix with high fiber cereal for a great breakfast bar or sports nutrition snack.

High fiber cereal (5 or more grams of fiber).
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon smart balance of statin spread
2 cups of marshmallows
3 cups high fiber cereal with nuts (fruit and fiber)
