This recipe can fit into an Atkins diet plan.  Many of the snacks on the Atkins diet include cottage cheese.  Add some flavors and carbohydrates to make this snack tasty and healthy.

 

1 cup 2% cottage cheese

1 tablespoon of sugar free strawberry Jell-O mix

½ cup pineapple

½ cup high fiber cereal (5 gram fiber)

Changes made:  Increased fiber.
