SPD searching for group of home store shoplifters

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - A group of shoplifters made off with $2,000 from a Home Depot in Shreveport, and police are working to identify them.

It happened on May 30, at the Home Depot in the 100 block of E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop.

In video surveillance, one man wearing a black shirt and blue jeans with a black baseball cap is believed to be a "lookout" according to poilce. The other man believed to be a part of the group was spotted pushing a shopping cart filled with items.

The alleged third group member was a woman wearing a red shirt, dark colored shorts, and a baseball cap. She was also pushing a shopping cart.

All three suspects fled the store in at least two vehicles, according to police.
