NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -
Rajon Rondo's rise to New Orleans prominence during the Pelicans' 2018 playoff run has already faded as the 13th-year guard is reportedly signing with the Los Angeles Lakers.
His lone season with Anthony Davis proved to be a fruitful one for both parties as Rondo gained a reputation as a veteran leader while leading the franchise to it's best postseason appearance since 2008.
Rondo teams up with LeBron James after averaging 8.3 points and 8.2 assists per game. The deal is reportedly for one year, worth $9 million.
