SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - Dermatologists at Ark-La-Tex Dermatology, part of the Willis-Knighton Physician Network, will give free skin cancer screenings as part of Melanoma Monday on May 7.
The doctors will offer screenings at their Bossier City and Shreveport locations in support of early detection of skin cancer.
Bossier screenings will be from 8 a.m. to noon in Ark-La-Tex Dermatology's Bossier City office, 2300 Hospital Drive, Suite 400, with Dr. Futrell, and 1 to 4 p.m. with Dr. Baker.
Shreveport screenings will be from 8 a.m. to noon in the Shreveport office, 1811 East Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Suite 160, with Dr. Glorioso, and 1 to 4 p.m. with Dr. Clemons.
The screening involves a brief visual check with a physician.
