For the second-consecutive week, the Saints will be without starting cornerback Marshon Lattimore as the rookie is nursing an injured ankle. Also inactive for the Saints are running back Jonathan Williams, safety Marcus Williams, offensive linemen Cameron Tom and Bryce Harris, receiver Austin Carr and defensive lineman Al-Quadin Muhammad.

Starting left tackle Terron Armstead will start for the Saints against the Panthers, a week after leaving the Rams game early with an injury.

For the Panthers, starting tight end Greg Olson and staring center Ryan Kalil are among the seven inactive for Carolina.
