Expect chilly start for the week, chance of rain for Halloween

The start of the work week will be dry and warmer. Today will be the best day this week to get your outdoor activities in!

At least slight rain chances will be in play each day for the rest of the work week. Wednesday will feature the best chance of rain.

You're going to need a heavy jacket or a coat this morning. You won't need it for long, though. Temps will be near 70 degrees by noon. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s. 

There will be no shortage of sunshine, so have your sunglasses handy. Expect an SW wind at 5-10 mph.

Our next fall cold front will move through Monday night into Tuesday. This front will bring in a little rain and cooler air on Tuesday. This front is not going to give us a big blast of cold air. 

Highs on Tuesday will be in the mid to upper 60s. Some trick-or-treaters will have to dodge a few spooky showers, but most will just see creepy clouds. Temperatures Tuesday evening will be in the lower 60s and upper 50s.

Have your rain gear handy on Wednesday. Rain is likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 60s. 

The rest of the week will be warmer. Highs on Thursday and Friday and will in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. A few showers will be possible on Thursday. 

Friday's rain chances will be a little bit better. Scattered showers and storms will be possible on Friday.
