Police investigate shots fired call near Shreveport nightclub

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Shreveport police are trying to figure out where suspected gunshots came from as they were closing up a nightclub early Monday morning.

It happened just before 4 a.m. near Koko Entertainment in the 600 block of Commerce Street.

Police say they were helping close the nightclub for the day when they heard several shots coming from somewhere in the area.

Witnesses on scene say they heard about 3-4 gunshots.

Several police officers were sent to the scene, but they did not find shell casings nor where the shots came from.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
