Two teens on bikes injured by hit and run driver

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Two teenagers were taken to a local hospital Monday night after reportedly being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

The two teens were riding their bikes on Lorraine St. when officials say they were hit by a vehicle just before 8 p.m. on Monday night. They were both taken to a local hospital in stable condition, but may have some broken bones.

The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the scene and asks that anyone with information on the incident call Crime Stoppers at 225-344-7867.
