Man in road rage incident being sought by Bossier authorities

BOSSIER PARISH, LA (KSLA) -

A man was involved in a road rage incident about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday in Bossier Parish.

Now sheriff's detectives want your help identifying him.

The conflict began near the Jimmie Davis Bridge, continued to Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City then to Red River Travel Plaza.

It involved a chalk white car thought to be an older model Toyota Corolla, possibly a 1998-2001 model, the sheriff's office reports. The vehicle has damage to the left front bumper and rust on the left side of the hood and left front quarter panel.

The driver was a white man in his 50s who stands about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 280 pounds. He has a white beard that extends a few inches below his chin. The man also might have facial bruises and a cut on his left eyebrow from a fight, authorities said.

They ask anyone with information that could lead to the driver's identity to call the sheriff's office at (318) 965-2203.
