Shreveport police are investigating after they say a man was shot in his own car after he offered another person a ride.
It happened around 10:40 p.m. Thursday at I-49 and E. 70th street.
Police say the victim offered another man a ride at a Raceway gas station.
That’s when the man driving was shot in the back, according to police.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
So far, no arrests have been made.
