KSLA News 12 is kicking off a new installment of Knock it Off.
The Knock It Off search committee received nearly 50 emails from KSLA viewers who say they want to lose weight. Of those, 12 were selected to participate in the weight loss challenge.
On Tuesday night, the group will get acquainted with everyone and meet Nutrition Specialist Dennis Wissing and Public Health student Lori Panu.
Wissing and Panu have been working with the program since the beginning. Grey Rogers has been working with the group since Season 2, providing expert information on diet and exercise.
Meet the new KIO team tonight and follow their progress every Tuesday on KSLA News 12 at 6.
Over the next 12 weeks, the group will work out together at various workout facilities in Shreveport/Bossier. KSLA News 12 will broadcast those workouts live. Knock It Off members are encouraged to work out on their own to see the best progress.
In May, a finale is scheduled so viewers will be able to see how the team has transformed physically.
