BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a suspect in a November shooting.

Deputies say they arrested 19-year-old Fredrick Givens II, also known as rapper Fredo Bang, Saturday in connection with the November 18 shooting.

According to a police report, Givens, along with the victim and a second suspect, was at a home at 5:30 p.m. when he got into an argument with the victim.

After leaving the home and going to the victim's apartment, the argument escalated into a fight.

During the fight, the second suspect pulled out a gun. Givens then went to his car and returned with a gun. They both began shooing at the victim hitting an occupied vehicle.

As the suspects attempted to flee the scene of the shooting in Givens' car, they crashed into another vehicle.

Givens was taken to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he has been booked with attempted second degree murder, illegal use of a weapon and aggravated criminal damage to property.

His bond has been set at $70,000.
