Start Your Day: Evacuations in Allendale, more flooding road closures

Good morning! Here's what happened overnight and what the ArkLaTex will be talking about today:

The rising Red River is blamed for flooding out one street in Shreveport's Allendale neighborhood overnight. Only on KSLA News 12, reporter Jacob Bradford is live with coverage on the flooding caused by the Red River.

Louisiana Governor's Office of Homeland Security staff will be in Shreveport-Bossier later this morning with Caddo and Bossier Parish emergency preparedness officials to discuss plans for flooding response. We'll be there and get the latest on what's expected over the next several days.
