Normandy Village still evacuated after drainage ditch collapse

More than a dozen Shreveport residents are still out of their homes after a drainage ditch caved in yesterday at Normandy Village. This happened in the 3700 block of Fairfield Avenue and was due to heavy rains. We'll have the very latest on this incident on KSLA News 12 This Morning.

A portion of LA Highway 154 is back open after it was closed yesterday due to the roadway caving in. It happened in between Robinson Road and Bossier Point Road in South Bossier. A school bus was traveling across the culvert when the road gave way, Bossier Parish school officials said.

Controversy surrounding the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity has now spread to an ArkLaTex chapter. Less than a week after an SAE video from the University of Oklahoma surfaced showing members chanting a racist song, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at Louisiana Tech is being investigated for racist allegations.
