A Texarkana man now in custody after allegedly shooting another man in the back at his estranged wife's apartment.

A couple of Good Samaritans sprang into action to help the victim. We'll hear from them about what happened, and only KSLA News 12 was there when the suspected gunman turned himself in to police. That's our top story at 5.

Also at 5, Texarkana, AR police say they are still investigating the disappearance of 24-year-old Christopher D. Guilbeau as a missing persons case and not a homicide. This comes after police in Tulsa arrested 2 men in Guilbeau's stolen truck and released a statement saying it was a homicide. We'll tell you what police have to say about the case.

At 6, Samantha Rubio is making a heartbreaking plea for answers into the disappearance of her mother Cory 16 years ago. The prime suspect, Samantha's father and Cory's ex-husband, was never charged before he died in 2013.
