Teen accused of firing shots at houses

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said a 19-year-old Moore man was charged in two cases where shots were fired into homes and another incident involving a knife between Aug. 23 and 24 on Moore Duncan Highway in Spartanburg County.

Adrian Baumgartner was charged with two counts of discharging a firearm into a dwelling and one count of attempted armed robbery on Friday, according to Lt. Kevin Bobo.

Deputies said Baumgartner fired shots into a home on the 2700 block of Moore Duncan Highway just after midnight on Aug. 23.

Later that day, deputies said Baumgartner threatened a person with a knife at a party at an address on Moore Duncan Highway.

Deputies said Baumgartner fired shots at another house on the 2600 block of Moore Duncan Highway just before 4 a.m. on Aug. 24.

Bobo said Baumgartner was arrested on Friday. He's being held in the detention center on a $2,000 bond, according to online jail records.
