SPD looking for man who walked away from University Health

Information from the Shreveport Police Department:

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for your help to find a Shreveport man who apparently walked away from University Health Medical Center last week.

On August 21, 2014 Shreveport Police detectives launched an investigation into a missing persons report filed by family members of Mr. Bert Morris. Authorities learned that 55 year old Bert Morris had reportedly walked away from University Health Medical Center on last week.

Family members report Morris was last seen wearing a brown shirt and pants, with no other clothing description available. Morris stands five feet eight inches tall and weighs 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. 

While authorities were not made aware of any existing medical concerns, there is a growing concern for Morris' welfare. Police are asking anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Bert Morris to contact Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373 or on their website at www.lockemup.org
