SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

A local rapper known as DJ Bay Bay has been arrested and charged in connection with an incident at a local casino pool and club last week that left 2 people injured.

Several were arrested by citation after police were called to the Horseshoe Casino around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 10 for a report of a fight. According to Bossier City spokesman Mark Natale, it took several minutes for officers to gain control of the situation, with help from casino security.

On Monday, Natale confirmed that Terrance Stewart, 39, of Shreveport, turned himself in early Friday evening, after detectives obtained warrants for his arrest on charges of simple battery and inciting a riot in connection with the incident. He was transferred to Bossier Max on Saturday, because the charge of inciting a riot is a state felony.  His bond was set at $6,500.

Natale says there have been no additional arrests other than the ones made on the night of the incident.
