(Toledo News Now) -

Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur took to Twitter again Monday to chastise public officials for their handling of Toledo's Water Crisis.

In her tweets, published at 6:15 p.m., she said, "I have been assured by OEPA Director Butler that all testing data will be made public. First batch already at city council."

"Remaining data (from onset of crisis) will be compiled and released in near future. Important public interest involved." She used the hashtag "#Transparency."

"Withholding test data was a disservice to the public. I understand there was confusion, but public right to know is paramount."

Kaptur went on to say, "EPA: Toledo water system remains "very vulnerable," and not just to HAB." (Harmful Algae Blooms)

We're covering this more tonight at 10 and 11 - and hopefully talking to Kaptur about her remarks.
