"Right now, I don't see us going back there," she said.
Jill Winsett, in contrast, is not one of those concerned. She said she knows and teaches the secret to healthy lving.
"When you use food as medicine, your immune system builds," Winsett said. "You're not nearly as afraid to travel to help people when you're in helpful condition."
Part of Winsett's missionary work is spreading knowledge on how to use different herbs to fight illnesses.
"With Ebola, the way we see it is: Disease is disease and we have a protocol that treats all disease," she said. "The work is spreading there, and so more and more people will understand what to do naturally."
Dr. Richard Spera, a physican with expertise in the treatment of infectious disease, said you should not travel to areas of Africa dealing with the Ebola crisis, and that you should check with the Centers for Disease Control before traveling internationally to make sure there are no health risks.
