SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Two suspected burglars are behind bars after allegedly breaking into cars parked at a Shreveport apartment complex early Wednesday morning.

Police said the two men, Jacarvis Rambo, 20, and William Stewart, 19, were spotted pulling on the handles of several vehicles just after 7a.m.m in the 6000 block of Roma Drive. That's in Shreveport's Broadmoor neighborhood.

After a short chase police arrested the duo.

They were both charged with simple burglary and are being held at the Shreveport City Jail. Stewart was also charged with resisting an officer and trespassing.
