Fair Park's Mo Claiborne gets tough as Cowboys' camp as pads come on

OXNARD,CA (KSLA) - The pads came on for the first time at Dallas Cowboys training camp on Saturday in Oxnard.  It was also the first time the offensive and defensive units faced each other in this year's camp.  Head coach Jason Garrett held off on joint practices to help prevent injury the first couple days.

As always, it seems during training camp, things got a little chippy during some of the drills.  Former Fair Park star and 3rd year Cowboys DB Mo Claiborne got into a scuffle with wide receiver Terrance Williams.  The two went head to head during one on one drills and pushed each other back and forth.

They also shared some words after the drills but Claiborne says it's all part of getting in football mode.  "He (Williams) didn't like the way I was touching him and I don't know what it is I was supposed to do, just let him run his route but it gets like that sometimes out here. We're still teammates, we're still buddies, it's going to get like that sometimes. It's a physical game and at one on ones it's going to get physical."
