A fire department official was involved in a crash in south Nashville on Tuesday night.
Officials say a district chief was responding to a shooting call when her vehicle was rear-ended, causing a four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Harding Place and Linbar Drive.
The district chief was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with minor injuries.
Another person was taken to Southern Hills Hospital with minor injuries.
Officials have not released the name of the district chief involved in the crash.
