LOS ANGELES (KCAL/CNN) – The woman infamously known as ‘Octomom’ could be in more legal trouble, even after pleading not guilty in a welfare fraud case.

A judge sentenced Nadya Suleman to probation after she proved that she paid more than $26,000 back to the state.

Suleman was charged with welfare fraud after accepting money despite being paid thousands of dollars for personal appearances.

She was charged with failure to report nearly $30,000 of extra income last year.
