Police announced Thursday they have busted a trafficking ring that was selling women for sex in Nashville.
Officers arrested Efren Guerra and Arnulfo Vasquez-Sanchez on Thursday for trafficking and promoting prostitution. Maria Alarcon was arrested for prostitution.
Metro detectives said the two men were working out of an apartment in Glengarry Heights in south Nashville.
Customers would come to the apartment for sex with women who may have been smuggled in from Mexico.
Officers are still working to determine the extent of the operation.
