NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

A suspect in the Bourbon Street shooting refused to sign an extradition waiver Monday, meaning he will remain jailed in Mississippi indefinitely. In order to force his return to Louisiana, officials here must get a warrant for the transfer.

Trung Le, 20, was arrested Friday in Gulfport. He faces one count of first-degree murder and nine counts of attempted first-degree murder.

New video shows the chaotic scene on Bourbon and Orleans on the night of the shooting.

The footage, taken June 29 from surveillance cameras at the Bourbon Heat nightclub, shows man getting into a verbal argument with a group of people, before shots are fired. The man appears to be alone in the minutes leading up to and during the shooting.

Ten people were shot. Brittany Thomas, 21, died from her injuries days later.

Detectives are still working to identify the other shooter in this case.
