AUBURN, AL (WSFA) -

The Auburn Police Division arrested a juvenile on Sunday on felony charges for burglary and theft of property.

Police say the arrest of the 16-year-old male was the result of an investigation of a burglary that occurred on Saturday at a residence in the 200 block of East Veterans Blvd.

Police received a report that unknown individuals entered the residence and stole two laptop computers, a pistol and a back pack all of which was valued over $3,000.

All of the property was recovered at the juvenile's residence except for the pistol which was recovered at a different location.
