Crews are working to move dozens of rail cars that derailed early Wednesday morning in Brown County.
Union Pacific spokesman Mark Davis said no one was injured in the incident that happened about 12:30 a.m. near U.S. 73 and 150th Street near the town of Willis.
Davis said 52 coal cars were derailed.
The train was headed from Arkansas to Wyoming and stopped because of a tornado warning in the area.
Engineers engaged the emergency air breaks which stopped the train. The wind blew over the cars, Davis said.
No injuries or track damage were reported.
Davis said he is unsure when the track will reopen.
