SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Police are still looking for suspects in the double homicide of Jacqueline Beadle and Karyl Ann Cox, roommates who were found shot to death Sunday at their Bossier City home.

Beadle worked full time at IHOP on Youree Drive and was studying at BPCC to become a physical therapist.

"We loved Jackie B a lot. I personally had a relationship with her - a friendship with her," said a coworker, who didn't want to be identified. "We studied together, and I'm asking God to heal and to bring closure, which I know will come in time. Jackie B, I miss you, and I love you."

She and other employees have begun collecting money to support Beadle's family, and they said the money they raise will be matched by management.

"We're hoping that it will help somewhere. I know it can't bring her back, and it can't make them feel better, but we want them to know that we truly care," she said.

You can donate to help pay for Jacqueline's funeral. Just stop by any Capital One Bank and make a donation under the name Jacqueline Beadle.
