PLAIN DEALING, LA (KSLA) -

One home has been demolished as clean up efforts continue in northern Bossier Parish, one week after a tornado touched down.

The EF-2 tornado, with winds of 115 mph, tore a path of destruction along part of Buckshot Road and a small area of Highway 537 just west of Plain Dealing. No one was seriously injured.

The Red Cross says they have wrapped up their recovery efforts there.

The Office of Homeland Security says the costs of the damage is still being assessed.
